Complaints should be addressed to the Board of Trustees and sent in writing to the Principal Officer (e-mail address at “Contact Support”) - the Fund will respond within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may refer the matter to the Pension Funds Adjudicator - www.pfa.org.za
